($535 per night versus $308 per night) I called the Ritz Carlton directly as soon as I booked to verify that they had the confirmation. They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up. Good customer service is the key to a good business.
