I'm still able to cry and manage my feelings better than before. I was on Lexapro for more than a year + with bad therapy i only felt numb and felt like i was suppressing so many things, and still very lost. With Trintellix and good therapy on the other hand, i'm becoming much better, and able to manage daily life very well.
