Honestly depends on what you want. Both are great. Sellsword with sharp gem is really good. Gotthard twin blade is very good too especially with chaos or dark gem. The list of stats above puts you at Level 106. all you need to do from there is keep bumping up DEX or any other needed stats until 125 which is the agreed upon stopping point by the community.
