I've been here twice post the Happy Palace days. This new home for Mr. Dumpling "king" is Sad Palace. The first visit was for the dumplings, and I've honestly had better from the frozen section. This time around we craved American Chinese food and went for the Shanghai-style Stir Fried Noodles, Sweet and Sour Pork, and General Tso's Chicken.Dumpling.
