In general, a Starbucks tea latte is half tea and half milk. The tea is concentrated so its flavor doesn’t get lost in all the milk. Please note, Starbucks makes tea lattes using 2% milk unless another type is requested. For hot tea lattes, the milk is steamed and some foam is scooped on top.
