a buddy dropped his car off for me to complete . it has a 408 cu in LS , square port heads w/ mild work, a unknown at this time tick turbo cam, and a pair of turbos that measure 76/102 mm on compressor and 73/64 mm turbine .81 ar housing. this is a 6 speed car. this looks like an old 11 blade...a pair of 72ish mm turbos would easily hit the mark at 16-18psi flywheel. since you wanna do this on pump gas, i'd suggest turning the engine harder and lowering your boost target to 12-14psi for reliability's sake. E85 and 20 psi shouldn't be a problem though at all.cam and manifold package for 7500rpm will get it done.

The 10.2 deck with a 4.25 crank will work well. Mine is 9.8 but I kept mine smaller for a single turbo. Any decent head will work. I've noticed that most are mounting them in the center somehow. Anyone care to shed some light on the best way to mount the turbos.

Low 80's works good n/a on e85, as you've already seen. I like 8.0 to 8.2 afr on a true e85 scale. Low to mid 70's boosted is where you should be aiming (7.0 to 7.5 on afr on a true e85 scale is a nice spot). My pro torque picked up 4 mph vs the TSI converter (s) I was running. No complaints with TSI product, or service, but the two TSI's I used did need to come out, and go back for reflashes when purchased new. The pro torque was perfect right out of the box.
