I was really looking forward to trying Miyoko Buffet, the new Chinese buffet / Mongolian grill in Salem. What drew me in was the Mongolian grill aspect, but what a huge disappointment. Although I told the chef at the grill that I wanted my food spicy, it came out incredibly bland. Incredibly bland.
